At Cowpokes Work and Western, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are protected inside a shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
