What is your return policy for boots and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that boots must be returned in their original box and show no signs of outdoor wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cowpokes Work and Western ships exclusively within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.
How do I know what size boot to order?
Western boots can fit differently than standard athletic shoes. We recommend checking our specific brand size charts or sizing down a half size for certain leather brands that stretch over time.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
